International Post and Packing Charges
Due to the new EU Customs charges implemented as of 1st July 2026 together with the existing TRUMP tariffs we can now only ship international orders to GIBRALTAR, NORWAY, SWITZERLAND, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND and CANADA. International shipping is via Royal Mail International Tracked via Airmail. Signatures are not required upon Receipt. When your order leaves the UK it will be handled and delivered by your country's postal service. You are responsible for the payment of all taxes, duties and charges that may be imposed on your order upon importation into your country.

Notes can be added to your order, for example, if your address is difficult to find. Any delivery instructions (up to a 90 character limit) will be included on the address label.
When you have placed an order, you will receive an automated order acknowledgement. This is not to accept your order but just to confirm that we have received your order together with payment.
When your order has been processed and packed you will receive a second email confirming your order is ready for shipping and when and how it will be shipped.

If we do not have all the items in stock to fulfil your order, we will email and/or telephone you, assuming you have provided a telephone number, as soon as possible with full information about the product/s out of stock, when it/they are expected back in stock and give you the option (a) to make substitutes, (b) cancel the out of stock item/s or (c) cancel the entire order.
We will never choose substitutes for you
If we do not get a response to our email and/or phone call we will send the balance of order and refund your card as appropriate.

If your order is returned to us as being undeliverable, for whatever reason, we will refund you for the goods only less a 20% restocking fee.
